I received a reply from the park yesterday. As I suspected, we will be sharing that end of Lake Erie Metropark with the same fundraiser walk as last year, which means that all of the vehicles associated with our event need to be kept to the lobe of the parking lot nearest the field.
I need to revise the first page of both draft premiums for that weekend to indicate the restriction on parking and camping. To make room, I can delete the text on fines in that location, as that appears on the second page as well.
I will also revise the site plan, which will appear on the third attachment of the premium for the regional premium.
Hope for the best, plan for the worst. I’ll add a note to the checklist to inquire about cleaning when I order the portable toilets for the weekend.
