Yep. Portable toilets. Time to place the order. As I wanted to find out about having them cleaned at the end of the day on Saturday or really early on Sunday, I made a point of calling the vendor to check on arrangements prior to putting together the usual fax order that I send as an email attachment. The “cover” of the request is a simple affair. Paragraph one explains what we want with an additional paragraph this time to cover the special instructions (i.e., cleaning). Followed by instructions on where to send the invoice and who to contact with any questions. Page two is a map from the park with our location marked to guide their delivery.
I consider that the first of the execution items for the actual event. All downhill from here.
