The MGA Board of Directors decided to cancel the ASFA lure coursing trials on 9-10 May, so I am working my way backwards through that event planning sheet.
First, I’ll note the cancellation on the club’s web site and its Facebook page, including a comment on any open threads that I see regarding that weekend.
Second, I’ll send out replies to the emails that I sent out earlier with the premium attached—one for the ASFA dignitaries and one for the judges and FTC.
Last, an email needs to be sent to the operations manager at Lake Erie Metropark to let them know.
